Which business does it use?
If you run more than one, Moteef asks which brand you mean before it makes anything. Then it reads that brand’s memory.
Does it cost extra?
No. It uses the credits on your Moteef plan, at the same prices as the app. Images default to Standard quality, 1 credit each.
Can it publish or schedule posts?
Not from the chat, on purpose. Publishing, scheduling, billing and team access stay in Moteef, where you can see the calendar. What you make lands in the library, ready to go.
How do I disconnect it?
Under Connected apps in your Moteef account settings. You can also remove the connector from the chat app.
Who sees my conversation?
The chat app sees what you ask and what Moteef sends back, under its own privacy terms. Moteef handles your brand data as described in our Privacy Policy.
