1. Using Moteef
By creating an account or using Moteef, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into this agreement. If you use Moteef for a company or client, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization and act for the businesses you add.
2. Accounts and access
Give us accurate account information, protect your login details, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for assigning appropriate roles to team members.
3. Your businesses and content
You keep ownership of the content, brand information, files, and instructions you provide. You give Moteef a limited permission to host, copy, process, adapt, generate from, and publish that material only as needed to operate the service and complete your requests.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload, connect, generate, approve, or publish. You remain responsible for final content, claims, offers, targeting, schedules, and legal compliance. Review work before it goes live.
4. Connected platforms
Moteef can connect to services such as social networks and Google Business Profile. You may connect only accounts and locations you are authorized to manage. When you connect a platform, its own terms and policies also apply. Platforms may change, reject, remove, delay, or limit content, and Moteef cannot control those decisions.
Moteef will act on approved publishing instructions and schedules. You can revoke connected-platform access through that platform, and you can contact us to remove stored connection credentials.
5. AI-assisted work
Moteef uses AI to help create and organize marketing work. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to material produced for others. It is a draft until a person reviews and approves it. We do not promise that generated output is unique, error-free, or suitable for every use.
6. Plans, credits, and payment
Paid features, plan limits, included businesses, seats, and creative credits are shown when you buy or change a plan. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees already charged are not refundable except where the law requires it or we expressly agree otherwise. Taxes and third-party platform costs may apply separately.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Moteef to:
- break the law, infringe rights, deceive people, or distribute harmful content;
- access or manage an account, business, or data without permission;
- send spam, evade platform rules, or manipulate engagement;
- probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security or plan limits; or
- resell the service or use it to build a competing product without written permission.
8. Moteef ownership
Moteef and its licensors own the service, software, design, trademarks, and documentation. These Terms give you a limited, revocable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of Moteef to you. Feedback may be used to improve the product without payment or obligation to you.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Moteef reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change, add, suspend, or remove features to improve the service, respond to law or platform changes, or protect users. We will give reasonable notice when a material change negatively affects a paid plan where practical.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Moteef at any time. We may suspend or end access for non-payment, a serious or repeated breach, legal risk, abuse, or a threat to the service or other users. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and a chance to fix the issue. Terms that logically continue after termination will survive.
11. Responsibility and liability
Moteef is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not give implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our total liability for claims tied to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Moteef in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
12. Law, changes, and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Before starting formal proceedings, both sides agree to try in good faith to resolve a dispute directly. We may update these Terms and will give notice of material changes. Continued use after the new effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
